As many small businesses are taking a huge hit during this worldwide pandemic, the team at GallantMEDIA would like to sincerely thank you for helping to keep our doors open.

Despite the effects on our supply chain and unavoidable delivery delays, we are continuing to do our best to get your orders shipped out as quickly as possible. Due to delays in postal services globally that are affecting all businesses, our usual delivery estimate of 1-2 weeks may not apply and you may see your package take 1-4 weeks to reach you after it ships.

This is due to regional delays with national postal companies such as UPS, Fedex and Canada Post. You will very often see your order come in to your country/area but be stuck in customs or at a local hub. This is because they have a massive backlog and delays for all national and international mail. This is currently being faced by all online stores.

For custom printing on in-stock items, please allow up to one week for production before the item(s) ship from our location! Expect delays of up to a week and a half for out of stock items.

Packages are sent without requiring a signature. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a safe drop location. Free shipping is available on orders of $250 and over, before applicable taxes.

GallantMEDIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from gallantmedia.ca pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or, if such items must cross an international border, then risk of loss and title pass to you when they clear customs.

ORDERS WITHIN CANADA

For shipping of small/single order apparel and custom printed items we use Canada Post ground or expedited parcel, and will come with a shipping number to track your order.

For shipping of most large order print items such as screen printed apparel, business cards, pamphlets, postcards, signage, banners etc., shipping will generally be sent by UPS, DHL or Fedex.

Customers located in Ottawa/Gatineau may opt for paid local delivery or free pick up from our location in Gatineau. Please note that our offices are currently open by appointment only and you will be notified by email when your order has a ready for pick up/delivery date. Please allow 1-2 weeks for pick up/delivery as we gather enough orders to justify the travel time/costs involved.

Customers located in the Ottawa Valley/Renfrew County may opt for paid local delivery or free pick up from our offices in Pembroke or Petawawa. Please note that our offices are currently open by appointment only and you will be notified by email when your order has a ready for pick up/delivery date. Please allow 1-2 weeks for pick up/delivery as we gather enough orders to justify the travel time/costs involved.

CANADA POST LETTERMAIL

A few things you need to know:
– No tracking information
– The shipping is cheaper but can take much longer than packages
– You are responsible for the items, if the item does not reach you we will not be resend a new item

The tracking number first updates within 5 business days of shipment. Please wait a little while and check back later.

Returns

I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
We do not issue refunds once your order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or has SHIPPED. We do not issue refunds on products that have been ordered from suppliers for the fulfillment of your order. However, if you contact us quickly after placing an order, we can cancel your order and refund your money.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
We offer FREE exchanges if there are any issues associated with the merchandise that are a result of OUR error in printing or a manufacturer defect! If a problem is present, please inform us within TWO DAYS OF RECEIVING your item.  If the item is defective or damaged during shipping we will ship out a replacement to you for free. Otherwise, there are no refunds for custom printed items.

PLEASE NOTE: GallantMEDIA assumes that the copyright on all artwork presented by the customer for printing of custom items is owned by the customer and that the artwork is free and clear of any liens or claims or encumbrances from any source whatsoever, and does not infringe upon any copyright and any other property or personal right. The customer shall defend and indemnify GallantMEDIA if a third party asserts a copyright infringement or claim involving the artwork. We reserve the right to refuse to print any artwork for any reason.
